le premier contròle au départ le matériel est progressivement validé
aux moments critiques du processus da transformation et au cours du
contròle final. Ces interventions se font donc en qualité de
contròleurs du "PROCESSUS" - lavage, dépoussiérage,
séchage, hygiénisation, contròle des péroxydes, accouplement,
tournage, aboutement, sélection électronique, marquage,
conditionnement - et du "PRODUIT".
Every member of the staff, adequately trained, registers on a specific documentation every control in order to guarantee the traceability of the product and the reconstruction of the route followed by the material (our Company works in an ISO9002 condition). |

The
laboratory controls and archives all the process documentation: It
creates technical factsheets for all the outgoing material
guaranteeing its traceability within 12 months from the delivery. Our company gives our customers all the technical assistance they need and makes use of the collaboration of skilled sales agents present in all Italian regions. |
